 The food processing factory is subordinate to Zhejiang Xingye Group Co., Ltd., which is located in Ganlan Town, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The factory is located in the seat of the company. There is neither other factory nor enterprise that does harm to food production nearby, nor rubbish yard within the 100 meters’ reach.
The factory was moved from Putuo District Zhoushan City in late 2017. It was formally built and tested in March 2018, covering a total area of 3850 square meters and a total building area of 4500 square meters, of which the main plant was 3000 square and the dressing room 300 square meters. The factory is mainly divided into hotline workshop, pre-fried products workshop and packaging workshop and its affiliated, administrative departments and so on. The factory has 120 employees and 50 temporary workers.
The factory has a imitation crab meat producing line imported from Japan with 90's level, one line for producing fish ball, one for breaded squid product and one for squid tempura frying, 5 metal detectors (5 imported from Japan) , 5 IQF machines, (3 tunnel IQF machine, 2 spiral IQF machines), 5 plate freezers, 5 vacuum packaging machines and 2 self-matching type ice machines. . It is equipped with one 200 tons cold storage for material transferring, one 95 Ton cold storage for quick-frozen, one 250Ton cold storage for finished products transferring, and one 200Ton cold storage for finished products transferring. In addition, the factory added one 5000Ton cold storage for finished products in 2005. The main products are imitation crab meat series and squid series.
The factory has produced 9,600 tons of production in 2016, with sales of 115 million yuan. The yield of imitation crab meat and seasoned fish (fish balls, etc.) is around 1500 tons. The products are exported to France, England, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain , Japan and other countries. The squid products are made of fresh sea-frozen squid, the main products are squid cutted, frozen breaded squid cutted, frozen breaded fried squid cutted. The annual output of the squid products was 8100 tons, are mainly exported to Japan and European unios.
The sanitary facilities of the factory are fully equipped and standardized. The closed structure is completely adopted. The personnel, raw materials, auxiliary ingredients and finished products have their own entrance and exit channels to protect the production process from outside influences. The factory adopts Standard Sanitary Operation Plan (SSOP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as the action rules of the operators and managers in producing procedures. We have drew a book of the staff's sanitary rules with our factory’s characteristic. The members who take part in the production and management directly should be trained. Every one of them will be requested to pass the test. The factory has organized sanitary team in charge of environment sanitary around the factory and also be in charge of the work of clothes washing and assignment.
The factory built up a sanitary quality system according the Sanitation Requirement for Exported Food Enterprise. We had applied management of HACCP in imitation crab meat production line in 1998, and has got the license of exporting issued by China Commodity Inspection Bureau. (No.3300/02037)。
The factory has implemented the ISO22000 system since Dec 2010. After years of implementation and implementation, it has provided more reliable food safety guarantee for the production and processing of export products of our factory, and laid a more solid foundation for further development of our factory.
